Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care and support to individuals in need
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Lift and assist with heavy lifting as required
- Drive individuals to appointments, activities, or errands
- Implement social work principles to promote well-being and independence
- Administer first aid when necessary
- Respect and uphold resident rights and privacy
- Provide care for individuals with autism, including behavior management techniques
- Maintain a clean and safe environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and assist with mobility as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of social work principles and techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with autism spectrum disorders and behavior management strategies is beneficial
- First aid certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds
