Job Description - Precast Concrete Manufacturing

Applicants DO NOT require prior experience in concrete or precast manufacturing, however must possess a strong work ethic and be able to work effectively in a team setting. We train from the ground up, and provide individual training plans to streamline your growth and focus on your strengths.

What you Can Expect

• A secure, stable job - Year Round
• 50-60 hours during non winter months (Average 7am-6pm)
• 45-50 hours during winter months (Average 7am-5pm)
• Possible Saturday work, only when required by production demand

• Entry Level Monetary Compensation $40,000 - $45,000 per year (based on average 50 hour week)
