What You Will Do
As a Sales Consultant, you will service the customers and make recommendations based on their specifications and needs.
Develop build new consumer accounts
Provide outstanding service during and after the sale
Recommend changes in products and services
Stay current on the newest technology products and services
Have full knowledge of current Total by Verizon promotions, rate plans, cell phones, etc.
Be able to use the knowledge of current rate plans; promotions & cell phones to evaluate new and existing customer’s needs; provide them with excellent service and drive great sales.
Executing action plans for the accomplishment of daily/monthly sales goals set by store manager
Facilitating retail sales of cellular phones and wireless services to the general public
Creating additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns and community involvement

Bi-lingual (Spanish and English)

A high-school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to pass a background check
