We are excited to offer a High Reach Forklift Driver position for a dynamic logistics and distribution company in Taunton, MA. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in high reach forklift operation to contribute to the efficiency and safety of warehouse operations.

Role Overview: The High Reach Forklift Driver will be responsible for operating high reach forklifts in a cold storage facility to accurately move, locate, stack, and count merchandise. The successful candidate will ensure the safe and efficient handling of goods, adhering to all operational and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Operate high reach forklifts to transport goods within the cold storage warehouse.
• Load and unload materials from vehicles, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain forklifts as needed.
• Efficiently organize goods in the storage area, adhering to inventory management guidelines.
• Comply with safety standards and warehouse guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in high reach forklift operation.
• Valid forklift operator’s license or certification.
• Excellent physical condition and coordination, capable of lifting heavy items.
• Knowledge of warehouse data systems and equipment maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation.

Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
