Advance Care Management is Hiring a RN Care Manager Near Lubbock, TX
Lubbock's fastest growing and top chronic care management company currently has an opening in our Lubbock office for a RN Care Manager and is offering a $2,500 sign on bonus!!
This is a full-time position and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Contacting patients by phone to discuss their current medical condition(s) and needs
- Creating care plans
- Working directly with physician's offices
- Overseeing a team of Medical Assistants
Advance Care Management's ideal candidate is a team-player, punctual, and enjoys talking one-on-one with patients about their medical needs. Must be computer proficient. We provide generous benefits including quarterly retention bonuses, employee referral bonuses, health, dental, and vision insurance, ability to cash out PDO, and much more!
In addition to our base pay we offer:
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Monthly goal bonus
- Quarterly retention bonus
Additional preference will be given to applicants who have:
- Experience in a clinic or MD office;
- Experience managing or overseeing staff
