Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN/RN, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and comfort of patients, while also assisting with various medical procedures and treatments.

Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and document findings accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Assist with medical procedures such as catheterization and Botulinum toxin treatments
- Provide catheter care and sterile processing
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality
- Provide health coaching to promote wellness and disease prevention

Requirements:
- Valid LPN/RN license in GA
- Experience in LTC setting is preferred
- Proficiency in patient assessment and clinical skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Per diem

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 48 per week
