"Advance Behavior Support, LLC is a Behavior Analysis practice in Brandon, FL with healthcare providers who have special training and skill in improving patients' quality of life by helping to adjust their behaviors. Behavior Analysts at Advance Behavior Support, LLC perform behavioral assessments, patient parent education, and liaisons with other mental health professionals. Behavior Analysis is a medical specialty centered on improving clients' performance in their ADLs by applying the principles of ABA to structured treatment plans. Significant diseases and conditions treated at Behavior Analysis practices include autism, eating disorders, ADHD, ODD, and other conduct disorders."

We are looking for a Behavior Technician to join our team and provide support to individuals with disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing behavior plans, conducting assessments, monitoring progress, and providing positive reinforcement. This position requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work with individuals of all ages and abilities. The Behavior Technician must also be able to work collaboratively with other professionals in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans and behavior support plans.
• Collect data on the effectiveness of interventions.
• Provide feedback to the client and their family on progress.
• Provide positive reinforcement to clients for appropriate behaviors.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and behaviors.
• Communicate with other professionals involved in the client's care, such as teachers, therapists, and psychiatrists.
• Develop individualized behavior plans for each client.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
