Duties:
- Engage with customers to provide product information and assist with purchases
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
- Maintain stock levels and merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Utilize product knowledge to recommend suitable items to customers
- Assist in inventory management and restocking products

Experience:
- Proven experience in technical or retail sales, preferably in grocery stores, appliance sales, or wireless sales
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are advantageous
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems
