Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they are looking for
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures is a plus
- Experience in jewelry sales or technology sales is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a bonus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.25 - $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
