Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette to assist customers with their inquiries and orders
- Stock and maintain inventory levels to ensure products are readily available for customers
- Utilize retail math skills to accurately process transactions and handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Proficient in Excel to track sales, inventory, and order fulfillment
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and product knowledge to provide recommendations and upsell opportunities to customers
- Perform basic math calculations to determine pricing, discounts, and quantities
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dealership or retail environment is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and fulfill customer orders accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.95 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
