We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers and other sales equipment
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Provide information on pricing, promotions, and product availability
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle inquiries and follow-up with customers
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue

Skills:

- Experience in technical sales is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with operating a cash register
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively
- Knowledge of wireless sales is advantageous
- Prior experience in retail sales is beneficial
- Strong ability in upselling techniques
