Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, sales, and store management. As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints
- Train and develop retail staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, promotions, and company updates
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Proficient in retail math and sales analysis
- Experience in training and development of retail staff
- Knowledge of interviewing techniques for hiring new employees
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling and payroll management
- Previous experience in store management or assistant management role is preferred
