SUMMARY:

Team Member with experience in FP&A, Planning, forecasting, variance analysis, providing insights etc. The Team Member will be working with finance team on Regular reports, adhocs and Project based reporting. The person can help the team in retrieving the data from database and Reporting for Merchandizing & Marketing Business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES may include, but are not limited to the following: (other duties may be assigned)

• Planning & Forecasting of Product. wise numbers
• Analyze the actuals and perform variance analysis with respect to forecasts
• Preparation of weekly reports, doing deep Analysis and providing Insights
• Retrieving of Plan, Actual, forecast numbers from SQL or Snowflake

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong acumen for numbers, this role is highly analytical
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel , PowerPoint , etc.
• Knowledge of any Power Bi, SQL, Snow Flake tools
• Good communication skills.
• Appetite for knowledge, and ability to present findings in a neat format
• Problem solving & Analytical skills

Responsible for assisting in preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects. Provides analytical support for forward-looking financial and business-related projects. Assists in the preparation of forecasts and analysis of trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related areas. Assists in financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
