Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor coordinates the daily activities of the Warehouse and supervises the activities of the Warehouse Assistants.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the retrieval and proper handling and storage of rented equipment.
• Oversee the proper tracking, cleaning, repair, and maintenance of all equipment by Warehouse Personnel.
• Tracks attendance, vacation, personal and sick time of Warehouse Personnel.
• Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures for Warehouse Personnel.
• Ensure Warehouse Personnel are properly uniformed.
• Conduct staff meetings and maintain meeting minutes
• Participates in quality improvement activities as needed.
• Assist in evaluations of warehouse personnel as needed.
• Assumes other duties, within scope of training, as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Job Requirements

• 2 years of Management / Supervisory experience (Durable Medical Equipment or related field preferred)
• 5 years of Warehouse experience (Durable Medical Equipment or related field preferred)
• Ability to receive and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Card
• Familiarity with Windows-based programs
