Job Description The Repair Technician is responsible for providing maintenance, testing, and documentation of AdvaCare’s medical rental equipment. Job Duties
Perform repairs on equipment according to manufacturer’s documentation.
Perform maintenance checks on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
Count repair part inventory levels and report to inventory technician.
Complete all necessary documentation regarding service performed.
Inform Operations Manager of any equipment that is in need of further repair
Maintain cleanliness and organization or repair area.
Job Requirements
High School Degree or G.E.D.
Detail oriented.
Exhibits strong mechanical aptitude.
2 years small motor, electrical, and wiring experience.
2 years hydraulic and actuator repair experience preferred.
Ability to lift/push/pull up to seventy-five (75) pounds.
Basic phone/computer skills.
Location The AdvaCare Indianapolis Warehouse is located at: 2211 Massachusetts Avenue Indianapolis, IN 46201 Travel Some travel required. The Repair Technician will travel to nearby AdvaCare locations periodically to assist in the repair of damaged equipment.
