The Opportunity As the Senior Social Strategist for Photoshop, you'll play a pivotal role in the Adobe social ecosystem, reporting directly to the Director of Social Strategy. You'll devise and drive global social owned, paid, and influencer strategies across the Photoshop social ecosystem, targeting creative professionals, communicators, and next gen audiences. You'll partner closely with counterparts on the Editorial and Measurement teams to drive social campaigns, programs, and activations that resonate both culturally and for the business. You'll lead collaboration with paid, influencer, and creative agencies and partners, refine engagement tactics, and represent the Photoshop strategy and audience within the broader Adobe Social and Marketing teams. What you'll Do Evolve the Photoshop social strategy to reach the next generation of Photoshop users Own the development and execution of social and influencer strategies targeting key audiences, aligned with business goals, for both campaigns and key launches Lead all aspects of paid, influencer, and editorial strategy alignment Coordinate with global teams to devise integrated communication strategies and campaigns across owned and earned media channels Brief and partner with Editorial team on content strategy and creation Explore and recommend new approaches to enhance engagement across social media platforms, including emerging platforms Partner with Social Measurement and Analytics team to refine social and influencer programs for optimal performance. Stay up to date on new social innovation and technologies Closely partner with PR/Communications on impactful activations that reach media Collaborate with product/product marketing, brand marketing, and other cross-functional marketing teams What you need to succeed Consistent track record leading social media communities, encompassing day-to-day management, growth strategies, engagement campaigns, influencer marketing, paid media, social analytics, and content strategy. Hands-on experience overseeing social strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube, with a deep understanding of platform and audience Proficient in collaborating with influencers and agencies on impactful brand campaigns and programs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills An analytical approach and creative thinking The ability to interpret data and derive insights Familiarity with social analytics tools and reporting mechanisms. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Adobe tools and services, particularly Photoshop, and/or other digital creative tools Experience implementing and optimizing paid social media campaigns Understanding of social media management platforms for publishing, moderation (Sprinklr, Talkwalker, etc.) Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $87,500 -- $172,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
