Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled dental assistant to join our team (We are also willing provide on the job training.) The ideal candidate will assist our dentists and hygienists in providing excellent dental care to our patients. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where teamwork and patient satisfaction are paramount.

Responsibilities:

Assist dentists during dental procedures by handing them instruments, operating suction devices, and providing chairside support.

Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures by ensuring that all instruments and equipment are sterilized and organized.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dental office, including sterilization of instruments and disinfection of treatment rooms.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a dental assistant program preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and team members.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and dental techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
