Adult & Child Health is an integrated healthcare provider in Central Indiana. About this role: This is the final stage of A&C’s building of services in the crisis continuum. This position will allow clients to not only have a person to call and a person to respond, but now a place to go. As a Team Leader in this role, you will work with a collaborative team of Therapists, Skills Development Specialists, and Peers in order to help those in Crisis. The Crisis Center Team Leader position is a unique opportunity to be a part of establishing one of the first Living Room Model in Indiana.

The Location and hours: A&C is based in Central Indiana. For this position, we service the following county: Marion

Hours are varied as determined by SLT. Flexible Scheduling Opportunities

Four 10 hour shifts - M, TU, TH, F. or Four 10 hour shifts with evening and rotating weekend coverage expectations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Development and implementation of Crisis Center process and procedures.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and support to team, which includes but is not limited to masters and bachelors level clinicians and peers.
• Communicate clearly and thoroughly to all treatment team providers and crisis team to ensure safety of clients
• Collaborate with all internal and external partners to promote access to all crisis intervention services offered within the organization.
• Manage team and completing all necessary paperwork and human resources tasks, including after hours on call.

Requirements

• LMHC, LCSW, LCAC or LMFT licensure preferred
• Must hold a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and provide own, insured, transportation
• Previous experience preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational skills
