ADTEC Electroplating started in 1982 as a small 3 man shop.

Through consistent quality and service, ADTEC quickly grew to one of the largest plating facilities in New England with over 150 employees.

In 1998, the barrel division of ADTEC was moved to a separate facility creating a new company, ADTEC II.

In 2005 ADTEC II moved to its current location in Tampa Bay bringing quality rack and barrel plating to Florida. In 2019 our 2nd new facility opened.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into computerized systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has strong administrative skills, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

- Collect and gather data from various sources

- Enter data into computerized systems with speed and accuracy

- Transcribe information from paper documents to electronic formats

- Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure accuracy of data

- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

- Organize and maintain files and records

- Assist with other clerical tasks as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience in data entry or related administrative roles is preferred

- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Excel, Windows and Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Familiarity with office equipment and basic office systems

Note: This is a paid position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
