Job Summary
As a leading force in cybersecurity, the Threat Intelligence Architect holds a pivotal role in fortifying the security posture of our organization. This role involves crafting and overseeing the implementation of a robust cyber threat intelligence program, focused on the proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Formulate and uphold a strategic cyber threat intelligence framework aligned with our organization's security goals and risk tolerance.
2. Direct the gathering of cyber threat data from diverse sources, including open-source feeds, internal logs, and industry-specific resources.
3. Integrate threat intelligence seamlessly into our security tools, processes, and incident response procedures.
4. Develop and oversee the technical infrastructure for threat data storage, analysis, and dissemination.
5. Foster collaboration with internal teams, external organizations, and industry peers to exchange threat intelligence and share best practices.
6. Stay abreast of emerging cyber threats, techniques, and tools, adapting the intelligence program accordingly.
7. Conduct training and awareness programs to ensure all staff comprehend the significance of threat intelligence and the appropriate responses.
8. Formulate threat models for integration with vulnerability management practices.
9. Act as a security advisor for various ad-hoc security-related projects driven by business and Information Technology developments.
10. Collaborate with all organizational departments to ensure local practices align with corporate information security policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack methodologies.
- Proficient use of computer network defense (CND) tools for optimizing security.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience with effective team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and utilize security applications to understand and mitigate risk.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience is required.
- Over 10 years of experience in IT Security or a related field.
License & Credentials
- At least one security or IT-related professional designation is mandatory.
- Preferred certifications include Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
Systems & Technology
- Proficiency in Vulnerability Management and SIEM solutions.
- Strong understanding of analyzing and incorporating threat intelligence.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
