ADS-TEC Energy Inc. is Hiring an Office Manager Near Auburn, AL

Position Description: Supports company operations by maintaining office systems.
Oversees general office operations and gives reports to the management
Coordinates appointments and schedules and manages staff calendars
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and completing clerical functions.
Invoicing in QuickBooks
Light Accounting
Documenting and arranging financial transactions
Keeping track of receipts and payments
Recording income and expenses
Balancing bank accounts
Creating financial Reports
Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Works with the Human Resources team to create standard office policies and onboard new hires
Oversees guest experience, sorts mail and answers direct phone calls
Partners with Human Resources to plans all in-house or off-site activities of the organization
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
