Qualifications:
- Valid RN License in the State of New Jersey
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure the highest quality care for residents.
- Oversee daily Nursing Department functions in compliance with regulations.
- Facilitate facility surveys by government agencies as requested.
- Conduct daily rounds to maintain nursing standards.
- Handle complaints and grievances from department personnel.
