Position: Physical Therapist - PRN - Weekends
Salary: Up to $57 /hr
At Adroit Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, we're in search of a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. This role offers both weekday and weekend hours, providing you with flexibility and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
As a Physical Therapist at Adroit Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will:
Evaluate residents, establish treatment goals, implement therapy plans, and maintain detailed documentation.
Apply therapeutic techniques in areas such as gait, ambulation, muscle strength, coordination, and more.
Design and fit adaptive devices, and train residents in their use.
Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to create individualized treatment plans.
Provide instruction and evaluate client progress, adapting programs as needed.
Contribute to resident care conferences and related meetings.
Supervise support personnel in accordance with professional standards.
Conduct training programs and share your expertise with medical and nursing staff.
Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for our residents.
Requirements:
Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
