Real Estate private Investor looking for an assistant to help with Transaction Coordination, Lead Follow-up. New build and flip construction coordination. Assist with Dumpster Business customer service and google ads.

Looking for an individual who:
Is outgoing and willing to put the effort in and be available.
Has a High School diploma or equivalent, a driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
Is proactive, willing to learn, and detail-oriented.
Can move from topic to topic quickly and is good with a little chaos and fun.

Compensation is hourly wage plus commission. After initial hphone interview, in person interview is paid 1-3 hours.
