RN care manager is looking for a weekend caregiver to join our team
Patient is a 95 yr old female with stroke and Dementia. Here is what she needs on a daily basis; She needs help with transfers to and from her bed then wheelchair. Manage her personal care needs, meal preparation, feeding assistance, light housekeeping, laundry, mental stimulation, socialization and companionship .
