ADP Resources, LLC is Hiring a Billing Clerk Near Dallas, OR

The winning candidate for this position will be willing to make arrangements to work at the Dallas, Oregon office for the initial training without mileage, travel or housing reimbursement.

ADP Resources is a specialized firm that provides consulting, drafting and personnel services for the telecommunications industry. This position is to meet established invoicing deadlines and requirements set up by ADP Resources LLC and customers for work completed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Eighteen (18) years of age
  • 1 years of experience in billing/data entry
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Teams etc.)

This position may be performed remotely after initial training is completed in the Dallas, OR office.

The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, communication skills (both verbal and listening), and the ability to multi-task and change directives quickly. This person is self-motivated with a willingness to learn and self-reliance to solve problems.

Work may at times require a varying schedule to meet the needs of the position (evening and weekend work may be required).

Employment is contingent upon the successful results of a criminal history background check and negative results of a 5-panel drug screening.

Job Duties

  • Follow-through with funding issues that arise.
  • Work with internal departments and customers to ensure required documents are received and completed.
  • Receive and delegate incoming emails to internal departments.
  • Support internal departments with inquiries on correct billing procedures.
  • Prepare weekly reports and reconcile all invoicing.
  • Research and respond to billing inquiries from external and internal groups.
  • Provide suggestions to update existing billing procedures to be more efficient.
  • Confirm sufficient funds have been reserved and/or request funds to be reserved for the project.
  • Generate and track invoices to submission including inputting into customer invoicing portals and update MS Access database with billing information. Review database notes and documentation for accurate invoicing.
  • Perform other position duties as assigned.
  • Work may at times require a varying schedule to meet the needs of the position. Evening/weekend work may be required at times.
