Overview:
We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of apartment and residential properties. If you have a strong background in general maintenance and repair work, we want to hear from you.

Duties:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairs
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues
- Install appliances, fixtures, and equipment
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Collaborate with contractors and other professionals as needed

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or similar role
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and address various maintenance issues
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.10 - $24.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
