LPN needed for Home Health (Skilled) patients in Cleveland, Mississippi
As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing nursing care and instruction to patients and families.
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients in the home setting, which includes a wide range of medical procedures and involves monitoring patient status, compliance and performance procedures, which may or may not include working with a ventilator, tracheostomy, and G-tubes.
Deliver care based on Standards of Practice for the State of Tennessee and must be compliant with company policy and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:
Must possess valid LPN License in the State of Tennessee or a compact state.
Must possess current CPR certification.
Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, or access to reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation, which includes a motor vehicle report, licensure verification, abuse registry verification and OIG exclusions.
One year healthcare experience is required.
