Position Summary:

As an Implementation Field Technician, you will work as a member of the Implementation team and will report directly to the Implementation Project Manager. You will be required to assemble and configure POS software and hardware. As well as travel to install the POS and train staff. You must be able to manage and perform assigned tasks effectively, work together with others as a cohesive team, communicate and act professionally within workplace and with clients, and maintain a good knowledge of existing and future software and hardware products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain technical knowledge related to our suite of hardware and software product lines and industry
• Setup, configure, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software components
• Setup, configure, test, and troubleshoot SOHO networks
• Install software and hardware at client sites, run and connect all cables between and at hardware devices
• Provide training to clients regarding software, hardware, and troubleshooting techniques
• Assist with internal IT support.
• Assist with Operations team projects.

Require Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant industry.
• Current Valid CA Driver’s license.
• Intermediate knowledge of Windows OS, Android, iOS and SOHO networks.
• Basic knowledge of pc imaging using MDT, Fog, or Clonezilla.
• Some knowledge of low voltage standards.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in office and at off-site client location.
• Advanced written and oral skills.
• Experience in configuration, installation, training and support of hardware and software products is a BIG PLUS.
• Some evening and weekend schedules will be required.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
