Your Role: As our Operations Market Manager, you will:

• Oversee and optimize individual market programs, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.
• Lead a dedicated team of field supervisors and crews, driving them towards excellence in every cleanup initiative.
• Analyze operations data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement, reducing costs, and enhancing overall effectiveness.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for sign installation, ensuring timeliness and adherence to standards.
