Position: Field Maintenance Supervisor - Colorado
Location: Denver & Southern Colorado
Salary: $57,000 - $65,000 $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (after 90 days)
Type: Full Time, Exempt
Schedule: Monday to Friday (with occasional weekends)

As a Litter Removal Field Maintenance Supervisor, you play a crucial role in our success, ensuring our beautiful state stays litter-free.

Your Role:

• Start Early, Finish Early: Your day begins at sunrise, ending in the early afternoon, from Monday to Friday.
• In the Field: Enjoy being outdoors with your crew removing litter from the side of roads & highways all in Denver & Southern CO. 
• Be the Boss: Manage your schedule and crew with independence, backed by our support (vehicles, equipment, and training provided).
• Achieve Together: Collaborate directly with the CO Operations Market Manager to meet goals and complete schedules.
• Travel: Expect to travel within and outside Colorado up to one week per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly litter removal schedules.
• Lead and develop a successful maintenance team.
• Ensure safety and compliance with AHMC policies.
• Utilize technology for efficient route planning and reporting.

Who You Are:

• A valid driver’s license holder with a clean record.
• 2 years in a supervisory role, with a knack for leading and inspiring teams.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with MS Office, Google Maps, and various apps.
• A problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
• Adaptable and ready to make adjustments when needed
• Ready to drive, walk, and contribute as part of your daily routine.
• Previous maintenance & roadside experience is a plus!
