Job Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Leadership: As the Assistant Clinical Director, You'll provide leadership, guidance, and support to our clinical team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Program Development: You'll have the opportunity to drive innovation and growth within our programs, identifying new treatment modalities, interventions, and services to better meet the evolving needs of our adolescent population.
  • Supervision and Mentorship: Your role will involve providing clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to our team of therapists, counselors, and support staff. Through regular case consultations, training sessions, and skill-building workshops, you'll empower our team to deliver high-quality, client-centered care.
  • Client-Centered Care: You'll oversee the assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring process for our clients, ensuring that interventions are tailored to each adolescent's unique strengths, needs, and cultural background.
  • Quality Assurance: You'll be responsible for monitoring clinical documentation, quality metrics, and outcome measures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading clinical meetings to discuss case reviews, treatment planning, and program development.
  • Maintain a caseload of clients conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Provide clinical direction and support with crisis management.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Mental Health Professional (Psy.D., LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Florida, with eligibility for licensure as a Qualified Supervisor.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience working with adolescents and families in a mental health setting.
  • Strong clinical expertise in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Family Systems Theory.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a collaborative and empowering approach to team management.
  • Commitment to cultural competence, diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical practice and organizational culture.
