We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, responding to inquiries, providing information about the hotel and its services, and ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Greet guests and answer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle guest complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide information about the hotel, its services, and local attractions.
• Process payments and ensure accuracy of billing information.
• Maintain records of guest interactions.
• End of day reporting
• Issuing tasks among housekeeping staff and participating in needed house tasks, like room stripping, laundry and under-the-hood guest services like fresh bread making and delivery, to-go breakfasts, front of the house stocking and experience.
• Serving breakfast to guest
• Must be phsycially able to walk up and down stairs multiple times per day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
