Requirements:
This person will be doing fulfillment and direct mail; candidates should have at least 1 year of experience, but ideally 2-4 years of experience with:
• Fulfillment

Responsibilities:
• Provides operational support for direct marketing activities, particularly print production, project coordination, and inventory/fulfillment. Often serves as a lead for a defined/distinct process for assigned department/client, training less experienced staff to correctly execute their daily work. May also directly delegate/assign tasks to less experienced staff, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the work.
• Coordinates daily workflow for assigned area. Maintains and monitors an operational process(es), such as fulfillment, print services, production, etc. This includes reviewing incoming requests, determining appropriate responses within established standards, and seeing requests through to resolution. Ensures requests are complete and accurate as compared with requirements and reverts to requestor adjustments if necessary. Handles escalated questions from less experienced staff.
• Serves as liaison to internal business unit clients, marketing peers, channel marketers, and vendors as it relates to operating processes/procedures. Answers questions and relays process steps, standards, schedules and other requirements needed for efficient and accurate operations. Identifies opportunities for process improvements and recommends changes to management.
• Collaborates with peers to establish project and production schedules. Tracks and monitors scheduling issues, working with clients/vendors to reprioritize and adjust resources as necessary. Provides regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Conducts and/or coordinates a final quality control review of materials (print and digital) before distribution. Before requests are fulfilled, checks for evidence of appropriate regulatory disclaimers, company brand standards, completeness of order, and production quality. Provides summary for manager that identifies ongoing quality issues and flags problems requiring immediate action. May directly address ongoing issues with vendors or marketers.
