Job Description:

• Processing files and verifying data
• Sorting files and information for data input
• Assisting with faculty members with clerical tasks
• Receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls
• Greeting clients, managing documents & calendars

Requirements:

• Must be open to full time hours (M-F; 9a-5p).
• Must have basic clerical experience (3 years minimum as an Admin/Front Desk/Receptionist)
• Must be competent with computers (Full MS Office Suite) and able to work under pressure
