Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
- Complete visit notes within 48 hours
- Use DSL properly for efficiency

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (LVN) license in the state of California
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in home health
