Administrative Resource Options is Hiring an On-Call Office Support Associate Near San Jose, CA

ARO is looking to hire an On-Call Office Support Associate in the San Jose, CA area.

Associate will need:

  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexibility
  • Excellent customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of printers - changing toners, clearing jams, etc.
  • Microsoft Office
  • Office Services skill set - mail, copy/print, etc.

This is an On call - as needed position to fill in for vacations, PTO and sick coverage.

Estimated 20 hours a month.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum essential functions include the ability to stand and for up to four hours, light lifting and operate machinery safely
  • 1-2 years of copy or print center experience
  • 1-2 years of mail or mailroom experience
  • Strong customer interaction skills
  • Complete all required paperwork/computer input accurately and in a timely manner
  • Must be flexible to work when needed

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
