This position may require work inside and outside in varying temperatures. This position requires standing for prolonged periods of time, walking, bending and some lifting. A portion of this position may require sitting in front of a computer for prolonged periods of time.

This is a supervisory level position in security. The selected candidate may have responsibility for oversight or one or more security officers, and must have complete knowledge of the property where he/she is assigned, to include facilities, post orders, emergency contact lists, emergency procedures, special instructions, and all post duties.

The selected candidate may:

• Assure proper use, and maintenance of all equipment used at the site by assigned officers (keys/key cards, cell phones, radios, wands, etc.).
• Assists with the staffing of all post in order to insure complete coverage.
• Responsible for scheduling officers and filling vacant posts.
• Conduct inspections of officers, appearances, licenses and uniforms.
• Review written reports and sign-in sheets to ensure clarity, completeness, accuracy, and legibility.
• Ensure that officers make timely and thorough daily report entries. Audit all entries for completeness, accuracy, and legibility.
• Review Post orders and make recommendations for changes to senior management.
• Report any major disciplinary problems or complaints of discrimination, sexual harassment, or unfair labor practices to the Senior Supervisor immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Site Manager also plays significant roles in developing budgets, directing major program segments, approving awards, and other personnel actions, and making decisions on work related recognitions, problems and recommendations. All duties are carried out with an uncompromising dedication to the highest performance standards and a full commitment to customer-focused security.

The Site Manager works in the fast-paced and complex working environment of today’s security industry. The successful Site Manager deals directly with all levels of security management, Local Government Officials, Law Enforcement, Fire Department, Emergency Medical Services, Federal and State regulatory agencies.

Security Site Manager Responsibilities:

· Provides on-site leadership for the security personnel assigned to the facility.

· Acts as the principle contact for client management at the facility.

· The hiring, supervision, training, scheduling and development of all shift supervisors and officers assigned to the location.

· Trains security staff and sustains awareness to site emergency response activities, evacuation procedure, hazmat protocols, fire detection and injury reporting.

· Audits security and safety related activities and equipment, reports findings and supports implementation of risk mitigation measures.

· Documents incidents and conditions causing risk and forward reports to company leadership.

· Achieving performance metrics established by the client for the security functions performed by ADM Security Solutions Security Officers.

· The performance of all ADM Security Solutions internal programs, policies, rules, regulations, protocols and reporting.

· Achieving performance metrics established by ADM Security Solutions for expense control, workforce quality, staffing, scheduling, and report filing.

· Establishing productive, collaborative relationships with client site management and ADM Security Solutions management.

· Maintaining communication protocols that provide a productive client relationship.

· Maintaining all patrol/fleet vehicles and equipment utilized in performance of the security function on the site.

· The performance of initiatives, emergency response and other tasks required by ADM Security Solutions management.
