Diseñar e implementar estrategias de crecimiento para aumentar la adquisición de clientes.Gestionar y optimizar campañas de publicidad digital en múltiples plataformas (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Analizar datos y métricas para identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización de las estrategias de marketing.Colaborar con equipos de producto y ventas para crear campañas cohesivas y eficaces.
Ejecutar campañas de cold email, desde la segmentación hasta el seguimiento, para generar leads calificados.Expectativas : Capacidad para llevar a cabo campañas de crecimiento y analizar resultados.
Alinear estrategias de crecimiento con los objetivos de la empresa.Excelente capacidad de análisis para entender comportamientos de usuarios y adaptar estrategias acordemente.
Proactividad en la resolución de problemas y capacidad para manejar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.Requerimientos : Más de 2 años de experiencia en roles de marketing de crecimiento o posiciones similares.
Profundo conocimiento de estrategias de marketing digital y herramientas analíticas.Experiencia en manejo y optimización de campañas de publicidad digital.
Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente dinámico.Inglés avanzado. (excluyente)Valoramos : Experiencia con agencias de desarrollo de software / IT, aportando una comprensión profunda de los entornos técnicos y las dinámicas del mercado.
Habilidades en SEO y SEM, incluyendo optimización de motores de búsqueda y marketing en motores de búsqueda.Conocimientos en automatización de marketing y uso de plataformas como HubSpot.
