Adkins Electric, Inc., a Norlee Group Company,is looking for a highly motivated Electrical Foreman – Multi Family willing to travel within the State of FL/GA to join our team. This role requires a very specific background. Applicants MUST be able to demonstrate strong hands-on experience in all phases of multi-family construction.

We are currently offering $35-$40/HR plus per-diem and lodging for this travel position, Monday through Friday.

What this Role will Do:

The Electrical Foreman is responsible for providing on-site direction and leadership for workers to complete jobs within specific guidelines that include quality standards, time requirements, and budget considerations. We are in need of a strong leader.

You ll be a great fit if:

• The ability to travel within the states of Florida and Georgia.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction and repair of buildings or other structures.
• Be able to operate various types of equipment, as well as to read, cross-reference, and explain blueprints to co-workers. It will be necessary to manage a crew of electricians and be responsible for meeting a demanding job schedule.
• Communication skills to convey information to others effectively, including following safety rules and adhering to company policies.
• Ability to successfully organize, plan and prioritize work.
• Must have NEC code knowledge, Journeyman preferable.
• Must have your own hand tools.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Requires a valid driver s license and be able to pass a drug test.
• Comfortable lifting at least fifty pounds, and work safely while on ladders.
