Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Grounds and Maintenance Person to join our team. Work days, amount of hours, and start times are flexible. There maybe an opportunity to continue the position year around. As a Grounds and Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, including gardens and laws as well as the overall cleanliness of the property. Additionally there will be light maintenance such as preventative maintenance, painting and facility repair. This is a hands-on role that requires some mechanical knowledge and the ability to use various hand tools.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks to keep the property in excellent condition
- Maintain gardens, lawns, and hardscapes by mowing, trimming, and irrigating
- Trim trees and shrubs to ensure their health and appearance
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any repairs or maintenance needs
- Repair or replace broken equipment, fixtures, or structures
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and minor carpentry work

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field preferred
- Knowledge of garden care techniques, including lawn mowing, tree trimming, and irrigation systems
- Basic mechanical knowledge to perform equipment repairs and maintenance
- Familiarity with hardscape installation and maintenance is a plus
- Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
