Job Description:

The Business Analyst should be a mature professional who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities

• Identify, gather, and analyze data which company needs for its Global Workday HCM project
• Collect policies and practices, both global and local, for review & synthesis
• Participate and help drive the analysis of the current Workday organization configuration (ex: Locations, Custom Orgs)
• Complete ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests by working with HR Analytics and HRIS globally
• Write business, functional, and technical requirements as needed for documentation, testing, and other purposes
• Create presentations and Excel analyses
• Work directly with internal and external stakeholders, including Tech and HRIS, as well as Company’s selected implementation partner
• Follow up and influence others to help achieve positive project outcomes
• Proactively recognize and communicate issues

Experience

-Experience with Canadian Payroll Preferred, but not required

• 3 years of experience with Workday Core HCM or other relevant Workday modules
• Experience in Human Resources along with Workday is a plus

Technology Skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Smartsheet experience preferred.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: From $75.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
