Job Description :

Responsible for the inventory, picking and replenishment of supplies, on the nursing floors, intensive care units and other designated areas. Responsible for keeping supply areas neat and orderly in order to permit the accurate counting of supplies and the identification and removal of outdated supplies. This individual is the primary customer service liaison between Material Systems and the nursing divisions/units relative to PAR items, and is responsible for maintaining communications with designated nursing representatives in order to ensure timely and accurate information flow regarding shortages, outages, overstock, and other inventory problems and concerns. Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients/customers. Initiates and maintains positive relationships with co-workers. Takes responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment. Displays commitment to the mission of the hospital and its values. · Position Requirements: Two (2) years experience of supply, inventory process Hospital environment preferred. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as well as, exhibiting strong organizational skills and work ethic Demonstrates a professional demeanor when responding to patients/customers Basic PC skills, including MS Office products. Familiar with operation of standard office equipment Education Requirements: High School Diploma Position Requirements: Two (2) years experience of supply, inventory process preferred Hospital environment preferred. Job Requirements : schedule 6am-3:30pm rotating weekends & holidays

Other Skills: Prefers onsite interview but willing to complete zoom interview; attendance is key, candidate must be a team player, driven and punctual; flexible with experience - successful in the past with candidates out of high school (younger team onsite)
