• The Pediatric MedicalDirector is responsible for leading and managing the Adfinitas Health programand providers at the facility, implementing and executing Operational andQuality Initiatives, fostering and maintaining positive relationships withstaff members as well as hospital clinical and administrative staff, and thefinancial performance of the program.

• Prior Experiencepreferred, but not required. Must be BE/BC in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Family Medicine . Must also carry an active Maryland state license,BLS, ACLS, DEA and CDS License.
