Our process is to create visually stunning embroidery and screen print designs on hats, shirts, and any other items clients need. Our process is to create a unique visual identity that expresses the values, mission, quality and culture of a brand.

Position Overview:We are seeking a versatile Production Assistant to join our team on a flexible part-time or full-time basis. While prior experience in production is beneficial, it is not mandatory. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn and grow in a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate large embroidery and sewing machines efficiently and safely.

* Assist with various production tasks as needed, including cutting fabric, assembling products, and quality control.

* Aid in receiving shipments and maintaining inventory accuracy.

* Update and organize the showroom to showcase our latest products effectively.

Requirements:

* No prior production experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

* Familiarity with sewing machines is advantageous but not mandatory.

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
