You will develop a high-performing team that will exceed expectations. You will maintain a strong understanding of operational and administrative processes for commercial accounts. ResponsibilitiesAct as the liaison between the auction and commercial account representatives for vehicle preparation accuracySupport operational and administrative processes to move cars through the auction process with a strong understanding of processes, collaboration across the organization and communication internallyInfluence and lead others as a people, customer and business managerEngage with customers and employees in a transparent, reliable, and positive mannerDemonstrate knowledge of products and services and maximize our technologyKnow, practice, and ensure that company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws are always followed Recruiting, retaining and developing talentCollaborate with stakeholders to optimize processesMonitor commercial accounts and work with other teams to ensure compliance with sale plan layouts, corporate requirements and other directives.
