We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic in Riverside CA for the 1st shift Responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in the Production areas.

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Riverside CA Pay: $17-$18 per hour
Shift: Monday to Thursday 7AM to 5:30PM (4days 10hours) Temp to hire

What’s the Job?
· Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.
· Work directly with employees to develop efficient, effective setups, changeovers and operation of equipment.
· Assist line personnel in troubleshooting mechanical issues.
· Maintains, installs, operates, sets up, and tests all types of plant equipment.
· Utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times and understand the concept and follow LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures.

What’s Needed?
· Understanding, reading, writing, and speaking
· Ability to stand and walk majority of an 8-hour shift
· Ability to perform physical movements (push and pull 40-pounds)
