The Licensed Practical Nurse provides an atmosphere that supports our mission: To Care, To Heal, To Educate. This position contributes to the planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing through the application of nursing skills. The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct patient care to individuals and groups requiring the application of basic knowledge of the biological physical behavioral, social and nursing g sciences at the direction of a licensed physician, dentist, podiatrist, optometrist, chiropractor or registered nurse and works collaboratively with other members including patient/family to achieve optimal outcomes. The incumbent has access to confidential patient information and makes decisions independently and in collaboration with the Staff Nurse, RN/Physician.

Education: Graduate of an accredited program in Practical Nursing.

Certifications, Credentials & Licenses: LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Ohio required

Experience: experience in a similar capacity 1-2 years preferred. Medical Office experience
