Position Summary: The Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for supporting the various functions of Total Rewards including Benefits, Leave Administration, and Compensation. This caregiver will perform a variety of support duties requiring considerable judgment and detailed knowledge of the Total Rewards procedures and processes.
Education requirements: Associate's Degree, must obtain Bachelor's within 3 years of position entry
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience: 0-3 years Human Resources experience
Preferred Experience: 6 months - 1 year experience with employee benefits
