Full-Time Salary: $50,000 to $58,000 yearly starting based on experience

You Can Expect to: 

1. Provide clinical, in-home treatment using the MST treatment model and principles.
2. Conduct a thorough assessment of clients and families to conceptualize the behaviors/strengths.
3. Engage parents/guardians/key participants in active, change-oriented treatment.
4. Educate, coach, and train parents/guardians/key participants.
5. Link families with school representatives, agencies, community organizations, etc. to develop and maintain collaborative relationships and provide services.
6. Model self-advocacy and assertive communication skills.
7. Participate in weekly case planning/evaluation with supportive MST supervisor and team
8. Receive regular training, professional development, quality assurance, supervision, and consultation to help determine next steps and processes with each family.

Adelphoi Requires:

• Master’s degree: Social Work, Counseling, Therapy, Psychology, Social Service field
• Prior experience with family/youth therapy, cognitive/behavioral approaches preferred.
• FBI and Act 33 & 34 Clearances (assistance provided by Adelphoi to obtain).
• Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance.
